Terri has extensive experience in property management, marketing, and customer relations. In 2013, she joined Cortland Partners as a leasing specialist and quickly grew to management positions. She became a Peer Coach with Cortland Partners in 2014, where she was able to travel to train and onboard new associates specializing in newly acquired communities. 2016 brought new experience for Terri when she started at Park Avenue Apartments for the lease-up and construction phases. She has been a part of managing over 1,000 units in the Gainesville area during her career and has worked with properties through renovations and building phases.
