Josue Collado, Front Street Intern
Josue is a junior at the University of Florida pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Urban and Economic Geography and a minor in Real Estate. Throughout his collegiate career, Josue has held leadership positions within student organizations, including the Florida Leadership Academy, Warrington Diplomats, Global Business Society, and Hispanic Student Association. In his professional career, Josue has spent several years working in his family-owned retail business, as well as interning last summer at JP Morgan Chase & Co. as a Chase Leadership Development Analyst in the Community & Consumer Bank.
Josue is interested in pursuing a commercial real estate career due to how tangible the business is and the impact it can have on enhancing communities throughout the world. He has joined Front Street to gain more hands-on knowledge of the field and to learn how to effectively communicate real estate terminology with clients and co-workers. He is planning on using the gained knowledge to apply to the UF Master’s of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) Program this fall and prepare for a real estate banking internship next summer. Josue was born and raised in Westchester, New York, just outside of NYC. In his free time, Josue enjoys playing basketball, doing outdoor activities, and eating food from the Dominican Republic.
