Garret Quillen, Front Street Intern
Garret is a senior at The University of Florida pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and minoring in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. During his time at UF, Garret has been heavily involved with the University of Florida Club Ice Hockey organization. He has held 3 executive positions within the organization including the Fundraising Chair, Merchandise Chair, and Treasurer. Garret hopes to continue at UF after his undergraduate years to complete the Master of Science in Real Estate program. He eventually wants to work in commercial real estate in either the city of Boston or the state of Florida.
Garret was born and raised in Cranston, Rhode Island and travels frequently between college and home. During his college years Garret successfully started his own mobile auto detailing business in Rhode Island to help pay his college expenses. He also bartends part-time at Tatu Sushi Bar in Gainesville, FL and at The Trap in East Greenwich, RI. In his free time, Garret loves to play sports like ice hockey, golf, and racquetball. He also enjoys playing the piano and bass guitar. Even with so much to balance among school, work, and his other activities, Garret always puts time for his family first.
