See below for more information about our newest retail listings, booth location, and to schedule a meeting with one of our Front Street brokersClick here for more information, or to register for the event. We look forward to seeing you there!

We’re pleased to announce that two of our own brokers, Jason Hurst and Flavia Kanyago, will be hosting special interest group round table discussions during this conference on Monday, August 27th from 9:15-10:30 a.m. in room S320 E F G H.

Jason will lead the discussion on "The Big Box Conundrum: How to Creatively Backfill Large Box Space." Said Jason, "With the rise of e-commerce and online sales, many brick-and-mortar locations host businesses that are finding it increasingly hard to compete; we’re witnessing a number of traditionally household-branded names go out of business. This is leaving behind large retail footprints and has left leasing professionals and owners baffled as to how to solve this growing issue. Across the board, owners have gotten creative with creating food courts, backfilling spaces with medical facilities, large entertainment users, and many more ideas which we will discuss at this round table."

Flavia will lead the discussion on "Site Unseen: Leasing Pre-Developed Retail Projects." Said Flavia, “This discussion will delve into the concepts surrounding pre-leasing for new retail developments. This round table will also discuss the best practices for leasing such projects, what challenges are faced by most brokers in this regard, and how to overcome them.”
