GAINESVILLE, Florida; May 22, 2018SharpSpring has recently announced that they will be relocating to Celebration Pointe, located at 5001 Celebration Pointe Ave. Front Street, a commercial real estate service firm based in Gainesville, represented SharpSpring in this transaction. Front Street also represents Celebration Pointe, where they handle exclusive leasing for the office portion of the project.

SharpSpring made the decision to relocate due to their rapid expansion, which caused them to outgrow their former space. “I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rick Carlson and his team at SharpSpring for the past few years,” said Rick Cain, Front Street Director. “It’s remarkable to see their growth from just a handful of employees five years ago to where they are now. The move to Celebration Pointe will not only enable the company to continue growing their footprint, but the interactive setting of ‘Tech Park’ which includes restaurant and entertainment options, a boutique hotel, luxury residential offerings, bike trails, and parking will enhance recruiting efforts and provide an ideal setting for SharpSpring’s future growth.”

“This is one of the largest office lease deals that has been executed in Gainesville,” Front Street’s Managing Director, Nick Banks commented. “As a leading provider of commercial real estate services in the North Central Florida region, Front Street is proud to represent landlords like Celebration Pointe and businesses like SharpSpring. Our strategy is to play a major role in game-changing projects that help lead to economic prosperity in our region by furthering job growth opportunities.”

SharpSpring is a full-featured marketing automation platform, founded and headquartered in Gainesville, FL. The company has experienced tremendous growth, expanding from just two employees at its outset to over 180 currently. SharpSpring serves over 7,000 companies globally.

The new location will be an asset for recruiting efforts for SharpSpring; having access to all the amenities and ample parking offered at Celebration Pointe was a big selling point for the company. “This deal is an indicator that the market is maturing beyond the typical office offerings available in the past, and that some tenants are willing to pay higher rents to occupy Class “A” office space in Gainesville,” said Nick Banks. The new location is currently undergoing buildout and is planning on opening in Fall of 2018. Once SharpSpring relocates, Front Street will be leasing their current space in the heart of Innovation Square.
