Front Street is pleased to announce that Maple Street Biscuit Company will be opening their second location in the Gainesville Area at Tioga Town Center, located at 105 SW 128th St. Front Street was proud to facilitate the deal on behalf of both Maple Street and Tioga Town Center, where we handle exclusive leasing and property management for the center.
The new location is planning on opening the first quarter of 2018, and will feature the traditional Maple Street design with community tables and open interaction with visitors. The location will also include patio seating in the breezeway and tables in front of the store to integrate into the Tioga community and lifestyle. Maple Street specializes in comfort food with a modern twist. This location will offer Maple Street’s traditional breakfast menu featuring their signature biscuit sandwiches. Customers can expect the same gracious and friendly service at this new location that they are used to from Maple Street.

Maple Street was started in Jacksonville in 2012 and now has nine locations in Florida and two in Tennessee. The restaurant was founded on the idea of making a difference in the community it serves. Maple Street plans on integrating into the Tioga Town Center community and will offer uniquely extended hours on select weekend days to cater to the many events that take place there.
This new location will be one of the only breakfast or coffee destinations west of I-75, meeting the needs of an under-served sector of the Alachua County market.
