As we all begin to recover from the devastation that Hurricane Irma brought throughout the state of Florida and beyond, we wanted to take a moment to reassure our clients, fans and communities that we're on the scene doing all we can to help.

Our dedicated property management team has been on site at our properties conducting evaluations and assessments. We’re working around the clock to ensure our sites are in working order and repairs are coordinated and handled as quickly as possible. If you have a property management emergency or questions for our property management team, please contact us by calling 352-505-3884 or email our Property Management Director, Cheryl Cooke directly at

Our insurance team is on call, ready to answer any and all questions you might have about your business or your property. We know your business is important to you. As a business owner, you have a lot to protect and a lot to think about. We’re here to help, please also contact our team for any questions you might have by calling 352-505-3884, or reach out to our Insurance Managing Director, Greg Banks directly by emailing

Finally, our brokerage teams have been on site at each of our properties conducting site visits on behalf of our landlord representation clients. We’ll be investigating the condition of each and every property, conducting damage assessments, taking photos, and ensuring signage and landscaping are all intact. We’ll be communicating condition reports and property status updates to our clients just as soon as possible. If you have a question about your property, please feel free to call us at 352-505-3884 or email us at

We hope to act as the eyes and ears on behalf of all our clients, and we plan to leverage our market knowledge and local vendor relationships to help get all properties back up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible. As we all band together and recover from this record-breaking storm, please remember you’re not alone! We’re here to help and hope to continue to impact our communities and clients by doing real estate differently.

To all our Florida neighbors, please remember to use your best judgement when making your way back home, and stay safe. We’re so proud of our resilient state, and so thankful to be a part of this great community of Florida.
