Apoké Sushi Coming to Gainesville

Apoké Sushi, a first-to-market restaurant, is coming to West University Avenue in Gainesville. This restaurant serves Hawaiian comfort food, featuring bowls, burritos and salads. The concept currently only has one other location in South Miami. Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group represented both the restaurant and the landlord for this deal.

Apoké is one of the flagship concepts for the Poké fusion market that is sweeping the nation. They have developed a loyal following at their University of Miami location and plan to bring those same good vibes and good food items to the Gainesville market,” said Gainesville Associate Director Jason Hurst.

Apoké is passionate about serving only the freshest "sushi grade" sustainable fish available. Each morning and throughout the day, everything from their seasoned sushi rice to their miso soup is meticulously hand prepared to guarantee freshness that its guests will savor in every bite.

This restaurant will be opening at 1404 W University Avenue, a premium multi-tenant retail center with direct frontage on University Avenue, adjacent to the University of Florida and The Standard. There is limited retail / restaurant space available at this location. For more information on this listing, click here.
