Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group has been selected as the local property management firm for four high-profile commercial properties in Gainesville. 

Recently added to the firm’s property management portfolio are The Archer Road Dunkin’ Donuts/Verizon/Complete Nutrition center, the Newberry Road Verizon/Aspen Dental/Vitamin Shoppe center, the Newberry Road Dunkin’ Donuts/Sleep Number center, and the 13th Street Dunkin’ Donuts location. 

With the addition of these properties to their property management portfolio, Front Street is now approaching the management of 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space, including office, retail, multifamily and industrial properties throughout North Central Florida. Front Street’s ability to maximize profitability, extensive knowledge of local market conditions, development, construction, and property operations, and long-established vendor and tenant relationships are the cornerstones of the Front Street property management platform.

Additionally, new staff has been hired to assist with the rapid growth of the property management division. Joining the team are Cheryl Cooke as the Director of Property Management, Eimy Perez and Lauren Swoboda as Property Managers and Donnie Faircloth as a Maintenance Supervisor.

Virginia MacKoul

Virginia is a graduate from the University of Florida's College of Design Construction and Planning with a degree in Sustainability and the Built Environment, and a minor in Urban Regional Planning. Virginia joined the Front Street team in 2011, as an intern. Upon graduation, Virginia joined the Front Street team full-time as the Director of Client Services. Ms. MacKoul’s addition furthers Front Street’s continued growth and expansion within Gainesville and other North Central Florida markets. She was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2014 and now manages the firm’s team of interns and oversees all marketing and branding activity. Virginia was born in Boston and moved to Lee County, Florida in 1997. Virginia graduated her high school's International Baccalaureate program and started at the University of Florida with a focus on Architecture. Virginia shares Front Street's passion of giving back to the community and those in need. Virginia's hobbies include photography, cooking, football, movies, music, and spending time with her dog, Brinkley.
