Front Street Attends the 2016 Bergstrom Retreat

Last week Front Street Managing Director Nick Banks was able to attend the 2016 Bergstrom Center Real Estate Advisory Board Fall Retreat. It was a great opportunity for the advisory board to meet and interact with the students to discuss the overall real estate market and macro-economic issues that effect commercial real estate. Special guest speaker Anika Khan, Managing Director and Senior Economist at Wells Fargo Economics presented economic data and discussed emerging trends for interest rates and cap rates.

This year, the board gave the group a bus tour around Gainesville to preview and showcase some of the premier developments in town, including Celebration Pointe, the University of Florida Innovation Hub, Depot Park, and more.
