Springing Into Sharp New Digs

SharpSpring started on their journey in 2012 with just a handful of employees, and has rapidly expanded ever since! Growing beyond the walls of their current space in the Firestone building, SharpSpring is on track to have 115 employees by the end of 2016. Their new building, appropriately named “The SharpSpring Building” is currently under construction at 550 SW Second Ave. This new location will act as the headquarters for this rapidly-growing marketing automation company. The building was originally intended as a shared workspace for small businesses, but SharpSpring will now utilize the entire 15,604 square foot building to foster their future growth.

Front Street was honored to represent SharpSpring in securing their new location. “We have enjoyed working with Rick Carlson and SharpSpring to identify space options that met their needs for quality, location, flexibility and budget,” said Front Street Director Rick Cain. “Our relationship goes back several years and it’s gratifying to see a local company experience such phenomenal growth and recognition in such a short period of time.” Cain added “Rick Carlson’s preference was to stay in the downtown area but we had very few options available that met their requirements and provided an opportunity for future growth.  The new SharpSpring building will become a landmark at the eastern entrance to Innovation Square.” We wish SharpSpring the best of luck in their new location!
