Uber in Gainesville continues to grow adding Uber XL

Beginning this Fall, Uber is offering Uber XL, the most affordable, high-capacity vehicle option in town. Normally an Uber can only hold up to 4 people comfortably, but with Uber XL, you can now comfortably seat 6 riders. Spacious and convenient, Uber is employing car drivers who own Honda Odysseys, Toyota Highlanders and other larger cars. Uber also is introducing “Fare-Splitting” which allows you and your friends to conveniently split each fare.  An example route would be from Corry Village Apartments to the Gainesville Airport, with 6 riders would be just $4.33 a person. Gainesville is making moves!
