Luxury retirement community set to open in Celebration

Big Rock Partners, a national real estate investment firm, is providing the capital for the development of a luxury retirement community in Celebration, FL. Balfour Beatty was selected as the general contractor for the $60 million dollar project. The living facility will provide independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. Big Rock Partners believes this project will set a higher standard for senior living communities in Florida. The “resort-style” amenities will offer an indoor pool, movie room, fitness room, bank, and a top-floor solarium to watch Disney firework shows. In addition to the residents who will help propel local businesses, the project will create many construction jobs to stimulate the Celebration economy.
