Habit Burger Grill already looking for future restaurant locations in Florida

Habit Burger Grill, a fast-casual restaurant, is already planning to expand in Florida, even though the first location hasn’t opened up its doors for business yet. The restaurant will debut in Delray Beach, FL. After the debut, the restaurant has plans to expand into Tampa, Orlando, and South Florida. The number of future locations has not been disclosed; however, it is reported that the 115-unit brand has the resources to support 2,000 locations. To put this number in perspective, Five Guys Burger and Fries has 1,000 locations with another 500 in their construction pipeline.

On June 24, the first Habit Burger will open at the Delray Place Center; there you will have to choose from their selection of burgers and sandwiches made with steak, grilled chicken, and tuna. Habit Restaurants (Nadaq: HABT) owns the restaurant. Habit’s spokesman, Matt Hood, said, “We’re very excited about developing throughout the state and the eastern seaboard.”
