FRONT STREET AND DISNEY PARTNER TO BOOST FLORIDA ECONOMY

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

FRONT STREET AND DISNEY PARTNER TO BOOST FLORIDA ECONOMY

Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group announced today the partnership with Walt Disney World in Orlando, in hopes of boosting Florida’s economy.  The park’s iconic Cinderella Castle will now feature retail space for lease; Front Street will serve as the listing agent for this deal.

“We’re very excited to extend our Front Street family. We saw a real need in Disney World, the Magic Kingdom in particular,” said Nick Banks, Managing Director of Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group. He added, “Rarely do you have the opportunity to purchase goods in the park, the people were in need of food and souvenir options; we wanted to bring that convenience right to the consumer. Plus, as a team our love of Disney Princesses, and mice in general, really sealed the deal.”

According to a spokeswoman on behalf of Walt Disney World, “We’re absolutely thrilled with the Front Street team – the need for our park visitors to have access to some sort of retail will be a true asset. Additionally, their belief in magic is just as strong as ours. The fact that they all fit our costumes perfectly did not go unnoticed either; we plan to put them to work!”
