New Archer Building - Centro West

The new Archer Centro West Complex consists of two buildings; three of four tenants have been finalized. The stand alone building will house Mattress One, while the main building will have Dominos on one end and Care-Spot on the other with the remaining space vacant in the center currently. Care-spot is a healthcare facility that was started in 2001 and will be Gainesville’s 3rd location. Scherer Construction finished the demolition and buildout of the complex in roughly 8 months.
