Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group announced today the hiring of Gavin Johnson as Associate Director in the firm’s Gainesville office.
Johnson is a sixth generation Alachua County native. He earned a degree in real estate from the Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. While at UCF, he interned with the investment sales team at Marcus & Millichap. Johnson joins Front Street from Orlando based Crossman & Company where he has been a part of the leasing team. While at Crossman he contributed to a portfolio of over 250 grocery-anchored shopping centers throughout the southeastern United States, including all retail centers owned by Publix Super Markets of Lakeland, Florida.
