Front Street Intern Riley McChesney Accepted to UF's MSRE Program

Front Street intern Riley McChesney was recently accepted into the University of Florida's Masters of Science in Real Estate program!

Riley joined the Front Street team in October 2015 after hearing Front Street Managing Director Nick Banks speak at the Ring Speaker Series. Riley mentioned, "after listening to Nick speak about commercial brokerage and the importance of a solid company culture, I was really excited to contribute to Front Street’s mission." Riley's drive, thoughtfulness, dedication to learning and positive attitude has proven to be an asset to our internship program.

Riley was born in Abilene, Texas but has also lived in Indiana, Iowa, Florida, and most recently North Carolina. He graduated from Newsome High School in Lithia, Florida which is just outside of Tampa. Riley started at the University of Florida in the fall of 2013 to study finance. He is a member of the UF Men’s Club Soccer Team and is also involved in several organizations such as Gator Growl and the Undergraduate Real Estate Society. After college, Riley would like to work in financial analysis and investments.

In his spare time, he enjoys watching hockey, Iowa Hawkeye and Florida Gator football, and water sports like waterskiing and wakeboarding. “I am excited for the opportunities that the MSRE program provides, and I look forward to advancing my professional skill-set. Working at Front Street has been a catalyst for my pursuit in a commercial real estate career and I am thankful for the chance to learn from the entire Front Street Team” said Riley.

On behalf of the entire Front Street team, we wanted to congratulate Riley on this great accomplishment! We're thrilled to have you as part of our team, and we know you'll prove to be just as valuable to the MSRE program!
