Front Street Intern Luke Feldman Accepted to UF's MSRE Program

Front Street intern Luke Feldman was recently accepted into the University of Florida's Masters of Science in Real Estate program! Currently Luke is a junior at the University of Florida studying finance and pursuing a minor in real estate.

Luke joined the Front Street team in January 2015, and was excited to get more involved in the community and expand his knowledge of commercial real estate. He has brought enthusiasm, consistency, thoroughness, and proactive initiative which has been an asset to our intern team at Front Street and our organization as a whole. 

Luke was raised in Center Valley, Pennsylvania, and started school at UF in 2013 to study business. His involvement at UF includes organizations such as Delta Sigma Pi, Filipino Student Association, and Club Tennis. After college, Luke would like to pursue a career in brokerage. In his spare time, Luke enjoys playing golf, tennis, swimming, cooking, and traveling.

“Working with the Front Street Team and getting involved in the Gainesville community has inspired me to pursue a career in real estate" said Luke, he added "I am looking forward to all the MSRE program has to offer, as well as the remainder of my time in Gainesville at the University of Florida.”

Virginia MacKoul

Virginia is a graduate from the University of Florida's College of Design Construction and Planning with a degree in Sustainability and the Built Environment, and a minor in Urban Regional Planning. Virginia joined the Front Street team in 2011, as an intern. Upon graduation, Virginia joined the Front Street team full-time as the Director of Client Services. Ms. MacKoul’s addition furthers Front Street’s continued growth and expansion within Gainesville and other North Central Florida markets. She was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2014 and now manages the firm’s team of interns and oversees all marketing and branding activity. Virginia was born in Boston and moved to Lee County, Florida in 1997. Virginia graduated her high school's International Baccalaureate program and started at the University of Florida with a focus on Architecture. Virginia shares Front Street's passion of giving back to the community and those in need. Virginia's hobbies include photography, cooking, football, movies, music, and spending time with her dog, Brinkley.
