Midtown NYC Condo goes for $23 Million

Four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and a windowed eat-in kitchen was sold in September for a mere  $23,289,760.64.  Location is the reason for such a high price. This 4,543 square foot apartment is located in midtown Manhattan across the street from the Museum of Modern Art. Views of NYC’s major landmarks, Central Park, the Empire State Building, One World Trade Center, can be seen from the large windows of the apartment. The 50-story building, Baccarat Hotel and Residence, combines a hotel on the bottom floors with 59 apartment units on the upper levels. It includes multiple amenities such as room service and access to the spa.
