13th Street Corridor Sees Redevelopment and Revitalization

The former Sticks ‘N’ Stuff building is now the future home to Rooms To Go! The furniture chain is based out of Tampa and has nearly 150 locations, and offers living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture, accessories, as well as kid’s furniture.

Rooms To Go isn't the only new tenant in the 13th Street corridor; Burlington and Ross Dress For Less opened within the last few months, and Lucky’s Market, an organic grocery store, will open this Wednesday, the 7th, in the former Pic N’ Save.

“I think the commitment from a national company like Rooms To Go speaks to the continued redevelopment and revitalization of the 13th Street corridor,” said Nick Banks of Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group, which marketed the building. “It's exciting to see that area come back to life with new tenants like Burlington, Ross and Lucky's Market.”
