Pizza Food Truck Doing It Right

Being able to buy food that is actually made with local ingredients is becoming more accessible in Gainesville with a mobile pizza food truck.

Ameraucana Wood Fire Pizza is a pizza food truck that is run by chef and owner Tyler Black. Tyler’s pizzas encompass the farm-to-table ideal by using simple local ingredients (some even from his own farm) in each one of his handcrafted pizza pies. Ameraucana actually stands for a type of chicken that Tyler has on his farm in Alachua.

Tyler parks in front of businesses in Gainesville as well as Ocala and can be followed on Facebook to find out where he will be next. His pizzas range from $13 to $17 and can feed two people, and are quite delicious! Be sure to check them out!
