Hometown Insurance Hero

Nobody wants to pay for insurance until they need it. Consumers nowadays have a fantastic range of options, some of which are good and many of which are not so good. After the Florida insurance crash of the nineties, a byproduct of Hurricane Andrew, local insurance companies had to fill the void left by national carriers unwilling to continue insuring consumers in the region. Luckily for Gainesville, Tim Treweek put his experience to work as president of local agency Hilb, Rogal, and Hobbs. Mr. Treweek had to get creative in order to ensure the local community had valuable insurance options.

Today, Mr. Treweek has over 33 years of experience in the industry, and serves as President of Duke Insurance Agency. Located in Tioga Town Center, Duke insurance agency boasts five licensed agents serving roughly 14,000 clients. A credentialed professional, this University of Florida graduate is also the President of the North Central Florida Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter Society. The society is comprised of insurance professionals who have completed the coveted CPCU rigorous process to earn the designation of a chartered CPCU. We're lucky to have such a great agency in our hometown! Click here to visit the Duke Insurance Agency Website and to learn more information.
