New high-end eatery headed to High Springs

Front Street managing director, Nick Banks was quoted in The Gainesville Sun this morning about the Archer Road KFC Existing Drive-Thru Listing.

"The KFC at 3525 Archer Road will close within a year when its lease expires, according to Nick Banks of Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group, which recently listed the property with a drive-thru for lease.

Banks said the new owner wants to explore options to lease to a national corporate-owned tenant instead of leasing to a franchisee. The listing has already generated a lot of interest, he said."
