Real-Estate Crowdfunding Finds Its Footing

 The latest and greatest craze in the commercial real estate industry seems to picking up steam.  Real Estate Crowdfunding has started to take off.    I can understand the attractiveness given the instability of the stock market.  This concept, however isn’t all that new.  Groups of investors have teamed up for years in order to buy commercial real estate.  This does allow the average investor to get into the market with little experience. 

If you are planning on investing with Real Estate Crowdfunding, do your due diligence.  Thoroughly checking out the company to make sure that they have a high level of experience dealing with the commercial real estate.  Also, make sure that you check out the property.  Personally, I would have a hard time investing in a property that I have not seem myself.  If you are close to the property go take a look at it.  If not, you can search the internet for images.

Virginia MacKoul

Virginia is a graduate from the University of Florida's College of Design Construction and Planning with a degree in Sustainability and the Built Environment, and a minor in Urban Regional Planning. Virginia joined the Front Street team in 2011, as an intern. Upon graduation, Virginia joined the Front Street team full-time as the Director of Client Services.
