A Miami-based investment firm spent $81 million on 13 complexes throughout Florida in October this year.
The apartments are located in Tampa Bay, Orlando, Lakeland, Sarasota and Jacksonville. Tzadik Management purchased a total of 2,199 units all together which breaks down to $36,834 per unit. President and managing member of Tzadik Management Adam M. Hendry said that the acquisition of these properties aligns with the company’s investment philosophy. Some of these properties are workforce housing as well as older apartment complexes.
