Recent Closings - August 2013

Front Street is pleased to announce several new closings!

Cox Communications is opening a new location in Esplanade at Butler Plaza on Archer Road. Their new 3,300 square foot space will be a customer service center, as well as a showroom for televisions and other cable-related equipment.

Joining Cox Communications in Esplanade at Butler Plaza is Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft Stores. Jo-Ann, a national retailer that specializes in, gifts, crafts and fabrics, is moving into a 36,185 square foot space.

Ace Hardware, a national home improvement store, is adding a new store at Jonesville Plaza at Steeplechase Commons. Jonesville Plaza at Steeplechase Commons is located on Newberry Road, only six minutes away from I-75 and near Tioga Town Center.

352 will be relocating their office to Tioga Town Center. 352 is a full-service digital agency that is headquartered in Gainesville and has satellite offices in Atlanta and Tampa. 

Agapanthus Lane, is expanding to Tioga Town Center. Previously known as Ocala Traditions, Agapanthus Lane is a bridal registry and fine gifts store with locations in Downtown Ocala and Country Club of Ocala. 

Branding agency 160over90 is moving into Gallery 21 in Downtown Gainesville. Gallery 21 was originally built as a gas station over fifty years ago, and has been a photography studio and art gallery for the past decade. 160over90, which is headquartered in Philadelphia, is using the space as their Gainesville office.

Starter Space, a startup incubator, has closed on the historic Firestone Building in Downtown Gainesville. Starter Space will serve has a temporary office and collaboration space for local Gainesville startups. 

Green Path Debt Solutions is relocating to the Wells Fargo Tower in Downtown Gainesville. Green Path Debt Solutions is a personal finance company that provides debt counseling and financial education.

Virginia MacKoul

Virginia is a graduate from the University of Florida's College of Design Construction and Planning with a degree in Sustainability and the Built Environment, and a minor in Urban Regional Planning. Virginia joined the Front Street team in 2011, as an intern. Upon graduation, Virginia joined the Front Street team full-time as the Director of Client Services. Ms. MacKoul’s addition furthers Front Street’s continued growth and expansion within Gainesville and other North Central Florida markets. She was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2014 and now manages the firm’s team of interns and oversees all marketing and branding activity. Virginia was born in Boston and moved to Lee County, Florida in 1997. Virginia graduated her high school's International Baccalaureate program and started at the University of Florida with a focus on Architecture. Virginia shares Front Street's passion of giving back to the community and those in need. Virginia's hobbies include photography, cooking, football, movies, music, and spending time with her dog, Brinkley.
