Be INVESTED

Front Street is INVESTED.  We are invested in our community, in the success of our clients and in the business of real estate.  We accomplish this by serving others in our community through our giving and our community service, serving our clients with the highest level of professionalism and serving our industry.  We give 10% of our commission REVENUE to local cause-related organizations.  These donations are made in the name of our client and often include a service project by our team.  We also offer our services at no cost to non-profit agencies and if there is a commission involved we donate 100% back to the agency.

Challenge the Status Quo

Always question how things are done and why they are done.  We seek opportunities to challenge widely held beliefs and customary business practices.  We understand that there is always a better way to do everything and seek opportunity for change that can benefit the way we serve our clients.

Promote Creativity and Fun

Work can’t always look like work.  We make work fun and we have fun with our clients.  A fun environment promotes creative thinking as well as open and honest exchange of ideas.

At Front Street we do what we do for family – our own families, our family at Front Street, and our family of clients.  We support each other, trust each other and put the interests of our families above our own personal interests.

We are not afraid to say no.  We can’t be all things to all people.  The power of what we do is in our ability to remain specialized.  We are Gainesville’s premiere, boutique, real estate firm and we need to constantly make sure the listings we take and the clients we represent are consistent with our vision.

We conduct ourselves with the utmost professionalism and integrity and need to hold our heads high and be proud of what we do and the service we provide our clients.  Our pride in what we do is exemplified in how well we serve our clients and community, not ourselves.  “If I must boast, I will boast of the things that show my weakness.”  2nd Corinthians 11:30.  We don’t let ego get in the way of our ability to serve our clients in the highest manner possible.

Virginia MacKoul

Virginia is a graduate from the University of Florida's College of Design Construction and Planning with a degree in Sustainability and the Built Environment, and a minor in Urban Regional Planning. Virginia joined the Front Street team in 2011, as an intern. Upon graduation, Virginia joined the Front Street team full-time as the Director of Client Services. Ms. MacKoul’s addition furthers Front Street’s continued growth and expansion within Gainesville and other North Central Florida markets. She was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2014 and now manages the firm’s team of interns and oversees all marketing and branding activity. Virginia was born in Boston and moved to Lee County, Florida in 1997. Virginia graduated her high school's International Baccalaureate program and started at the University of Florida with a focus on Architecture. Virginia shares Front Street's passion of giving back to the community and those in need. Virginia's hobbies include photography, cooking, football, movies, music, and spending time with her dog, Brinkley.
