West 38 Development Progress

West 38 is a mixed-use development in Gainesville, seamlessly linking office, retail, hospitality, exclusive residential units, and Gainesville’s largest conference space. Adjacent to the University of Florida, just minutes away from the heart of campus.

The 75-acre site with extensive green space is located at UF’s western boundary, minutes from UF’s Cultural Plaza, Shands Hospital, and UF’s Health Centers.

Two office towers provide generous space for customized offices or a corporate campus. Retail opportunities about along the office towers’ first floor and the Park Pavilion. All supported by a structured parking garage for commuters and visitors.

Sites will be delivered in 2014. Here's images of the progress thus far...
