Front Street negotiates 5,300 sf lease for Fracture, Inc.

Fracture, Inc. (http://www.fractureme.com/) has signed a lease with Trimark Properties for 5,300 square feet at The Smith Building located at 110 SW 6th Street in Gainesville, Florida as part of their recent expansion.  Nick Banks, Managing Director of Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group, represented Fracture in the transaction.

Fracture’s new location is adjacent to Innovation Square at University of Florida, a 40 acre site that will ultimately house more than 100 private companies, UF based start-ups, classrooms, housing, student centers, and research labs.

Fracture is a local company founded in 2008 by UF graduates Abhi Lokesh and Alex Theodore.  Fracture has received recent national media attention on NBC’s Today Show with Kathie Lee & Hoda.  Their innovative printing technology allows customers to upload photos which are printed directly on glass.

According to Lokesh, “The move is going to do a lot for us and will give us a retail presence.  We will be able to increase the scale of our service, production, and visibility.”  About his involvement with Front Street he added, “Nick was proactive and excellent at managing all parties involved. He went above and beyond to make this happen.”

As part of its INVESTED initiative, Front Street has made a donation to the United Way of North Central Florida on behalf of Fracture.
