Front Street is INVESTED in our community, our clients, and in real estate.

Through our INVESTED program, we make a donation equal to 10% of our commission revenue for every transaction we close. Our most recent closing resulted in a donation to Gainesville HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters), a parent-involvement program focused on school readiness for three, four and five-year old children.

In addition to the donation, we will were able to assist a HIPPY family who lost everything in an apartment fire. One of our clients donated a new apartment and we were able to fill it with donated furniture, food, and other essentials. We were proud to help and wish them happiness, hope, and blessings as they settle into their new home!
