Front Street Invested: Our new community initiative is off to a great start. Through Front Street Invested we make a donation equal to 10% of our commission revenue for every transaction we close. Our most recent closing resulted in a donation to Gainesville HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters), a parent-involvement program focused on school readiness for three, four and five-year old children. In addition to the donation, we will also participate in a Day of Service for HIPPY, helping with any services they may need. Join Us! Saturday, June 11th from 10am-2pm at HIPPY! In the News:

Nick Banks, Managing Director, has been selected to the 38th class of Leadership Gainesville, He was also recently appointed to the United Way’s Campaign Cabinet, and Innovation Gainesville’s Investment Task Force.

Front Street Welcomes Two New Associates:

Steve Mench, Director of Capital Markets. Steve has twenty-four years of experience in commercial real estate and has completed nearly $750 million in both debt and equity transactions throughout his career. Prior to joining Front Street, Steve was a Vice President with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital in Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando.

Shane Ross, Leasing Associate. Shane was most recently a Leasing and Sales Associate with The Ferber Company and was responsible for leasing Loggerhead Plaza in Juno Beach, FL. He also has property management experience and is a recent graduate of Purdue University.

Deals and New Listings:

Tropical Smoothie – Negotiated a 5 year lease renewal for 2,200 square feet at University Towne Center.
Rocky Point – 1.8 acre outparcel - Under contract with a developer of a national retailer.
Palm Villas Apartments – 16 unit apartment project located in the 34th Street and Archer Road area. Fully leased with an excellent unit mix.
Robbinswood Plaza – 13,129 square foot shopping center located directly on Archer Road. Excellent mix of national and regional tenants.
University Towne Center – 5.3 acre retail development site in the heart of The Archer Road and 34th Street submarket. Can accommodate up to 55,000 square feet.
